I cant beleive that you are 23. I guess time just slips thru your fingers. I remember one time you, stacy and me had to have one party so that way we would have enough people to be there. I really miss you alot. You are in a better and safe place where some people cant here you anymore. I just wish you would have told me that you needed me and i would have been there for you. Mom and dad let a balloon go for your birthday and they wrote a note and tied it to it. I hope someone can be touched by this and you will help someone even though you are not with us anymore.
