The picture at the beginning of the slide show (Brianna at the river) was taken by me. My heart smiles but aches at the same time... if thats even possible. That was a good day! Brianna and I spent a full week at a leadership camp. We spent a full day hiking with the group to the top of a mountain, where we slept under the stars. We seen two shooting stars that night! I had brought a cheap sleeping bag and Bri was sure I would freeze. She insisted that I lay mine flat and cover ourselves with her's. She took care of her friends that's for sure. We woke to find a snake snuggled between us. I freaked, but she calmly sent it on it's way. We laughed about that often. When Brianna left this world, she took a piece of me with her. I love her dearly. I know she is far more happy than I am right now but one sweet day I will see her again!
